I recently watched it and liked it. I had to flinch at one of the scenes though. I've been telling my friends to go watch it too.

    I enjoyed the movie a lot. I saw it at the Seattle Film Festival a couple of years ago and then bought the movie.

    Some of my favorite scenes are:

    The lighthouse and how everyone ends up killing everyone else
    The explosion where the student/expert killer who won the game previously goes blind

    brilliant, spectacular! I love watching Takeshi Kitano play those rough/harsh yet delicate characters. I bummed that the special features (disc 2) of the dir. cut/special ed. is only korean sub-titled.
