<div>I've seen the movie, I finished the first manga from Tokyopop, and I'm about into page 100 of the book. So far I like them all. I can't decide. They all have thier high points. I think the comic version helped me identify more of the characters because of the illustration styles, then the novel is where you learn more about what was going on in the movie. <div>The movie was originally a novel by Koushun Takami. I just recently read it and I enjoyed it just as much - if not more then the movie. You get to learn a lot more about the characters histories and there motivations for playing or not playing the game. There are some little differences in the plot and a cool supporting character, who is a nobody in the movie.
